Third price in the contest went to Paweł Liskowski, M.Sc. for thesis “Co-Evolution Versus Evolution with Random Sampling for Acquiring Othello Position Evaluation” supervised by Wojciech Jaśkowski, Ph.D. The master thesis of Mateusz Jarus, M.Sc. entitled “Runtime power usage estimation for various classes of real-life applications executed on HPC servers” (supervised by Professor Jan Węglarz) and master thesis of Arkadiusz Jachnik entitled “Automatic matching of multi-relational structural data” (supervised by Agnieszka Ławrynowicz, Ph.D., under care of Andrzej Szwabe, Ph.D.) both were granted a distinction award.
