The 11th May The Foundation for Polish Science has announced the results of the START 2022 competition. It is the oldest scholarship programme in Poland, the goal of which is to support young scientists and encourage them to further develop their skills, awardees get a yearly scholarship – 28,000 PLN. During this edition 100 persons were granted the stipend, two of them are members of our Institute: PhD. Michał Tomczyk and Msc. Sylwester Swat. The latter one received also Barbara Skarga Research Stipend, “which may be granted to a person whose research is distinguished by boldly crossing the boundaries between various fields of inquiry, opening up new research perspectives, and creating new values in science”.
