During a period 2008-2014, in parallel with my primary scientific work, I also was the leader of the team that implemented software for Mobile Command Center in Proteus Project. The team, depending on the stage of the project counted up to 25 members and the total budget of work packages managed by me was equal to 1.2 million EUR. The Proteus Project, full title “Integrated mobile system for supporting anti-terrorist and crisis management operations” consisted of unmanned aerial vehicle, three mobile robots, Mobile Robot Operator Centre, Portable Sensor Sets and Mobile Command Center.

RNA FRABASE is an engine with database to search the three-dimensional fragments within 3D RNA structures using as an input the sequence(s) and / or secondary structure(s) given in the dot-bracket notation.
ROADEF Challenge 2007
The subject of the challenge was “Technicians and Interventions Scheduling for Telecommunications”. The goal was to find the shortest possible schedule of interventions and the best assignment of technicians to teams for some telecommunication tasks. It was sponsored by France Telecome.
IntelliForest
IntelliForest is a network-centric system for monitoring and protecting forests. It was created for IEEE Computer Society International Design Competition 2006 (CSIDC) and advanced to the final in Washington D.C. It was also used as my bachelor thesis. Currently the next, redesigned version of IntelliForest system is put into operation in Polish forests. The project was also submitted to the Microsoft Windows Embedded Student ChallengE 2006 (WESC) competition but our team concentrated on CSIDC.
