RNA FRABASE is an engine with database to search the three-dimensional fragments within 3D RNA structures using as an input the sequence(s) and / or secondary structure(s) given in the dot-bracket notation.

RNA FRABASE is a project that I implemented during my stay at the University of Nottingham as part of the Erasmus scholarship. In project I was responsible for a webpage and an interface to the database. The webpage is still active and increasing number of citations of the publication that describes it proves that it is useful and popular.
