Two of our Institute members have been elected to hold posts in PIPS

At the end of June the XIII Meeting of PIPS (Polish Information Processing Society) Delegates took place, one of the main goals was to elect a new management. It’s worth noting that because of the current epidemy, the election was held remotely, for the first time in organisation’s history. The results were published on June 29th and among the elected members, there were two people from our Institute:

  1. Maciej Drozdowski – vice-president of PIPS Board of Directors (source, in Polish)
  2. Anrzej Marciniak – vice-president of PIPS Science Committee (source, in Polish)
