About me

I received the M.Sc. in 2008 and Ph.D. in 2013, both in computer science at Poznan University of Technology (PUT), Poland. I am an assistant professor in Institute of Computing Science at PUT and Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry at Polish Academy of Sciences. Moreover, for over ten years I am a coach of teams participating in programming contests, and I am developing online judge systems supporting such competitions. I was PI on the project which objective was to develop Optil.io platform (a system that supports evaluation of optimization algorithms using an Evaluation as a Service scheme). My main areas of interest are operational research, optimization, bioinformatics and application of crowdsourcing.
